A Little About Me …

Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Glen Rediehs. My passion in life is working with individuals and organizations to create their best futures.

This passion began early in my life. After college, I went to seminary and began my adult work life in the ministry. From there I went back to graduate school and earned a Ph.D. from the University of Florida.

Since 1990, I have been a marriage and family therapist. Before that, I spent over a decade developing and directing a large continuing education program for a community college. During these years, I also taught in Psychology departments at public and private colleges and universities.

I organized Creative Living Associates, a training and consulting firm, in 1980. CLA has provided training and consulting services to a wide variety of organizations for over twenty years. Personal and corporate coaching has been a part of my work since 1998.

Currently, I spend part of my time providing marriage and family therapy and the rest of my time coaching, training and consulting. It's a great life. All these activities give me the opportunity to help people create new, exciting futures for themselves and their organizations.

Everyone needs continual professional and personal growth. My memberships in the Organization Development Network, International Coach Federation, American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and American Society for Training and Development keep me in touch with changes in my field and allow me to offer you the best possible service.
